To stop receiving newsletters about an event you attended or are attending, simply check your inbox for the last email you received from Swapcard and at the bottom of the email you will see the Unsubscribe button as shown below:

Once you click on this option, you will be redirected to a new tab in your browser where you will have to confirm that you no longer wish to receive emails from us by clicking again on the button that says UNSUBSCRIBE ME FROM ALL MAILING LISTS.

After this, you will no longer receive newsletters about the event.

If at any time you wish to subscribe again to our newsletter, just log in to your profile on the Swapcard platform, go to the Settings tab located in the menu under your name, and go to the Email Notifications section, where you can click on the box to the left of the name of the event you wish to receive the newsletters again.
