If you don't have an Internet connection when scanning a badge, don't worry! The application will save the information until you can find a network. You can then resynchronize this scan with the list of participants and retrieve the profile attached to the badge.
To find scans that have not been synchronized, go to the "Contacts" section of your mobile application. You will see an icon with a red dot indicating the number of scans that are pending: click on it, then click on "Synchronize".
There you go! Profiles attached to pending scans are now available in your contact list. Hurry up and contact them!
