- Ensure that the application is up to date and there are no outstanding updates.
- Make sure you are accessing the platform via the mobile application and not web browser on your mobile device.
- Close the application, restart your phone, or uninstall the application and re-install
- If you are using a branded application for the event (the event name or organization is the name of the application), and the issue persists, please switch to the Swapcard application instead.
