From the Exhibitor Center you will have the opportunity to add a list of products or services if the Event Organizer allows it.

Once you have added products/services and you decide to change the disposition, you can sort your list by priority following these simple steps to:

  1. Click on Company Profile in the left side menu.

  2. Below Documents you will see a list of the product categories available for your event: click on the category of your choice to modify its content.

To rearrange your list, click on the three dots next to the product's name.

Be aware that it can affect events linked to the Community.

All your products are now in the correct order from your Company Profile, but also from the Products section of the application.

Setting up the thumbnail image for products

To add images and link them to your products just click on the "+" icon and upload a file. You can add up to 20 images. We recommend using at least a 400x400px (1:1 ratio) image, no larger than 1MB.

Once you have uploaded all the images related to your product and filling out the rest of the fields (name, description, custom fields), you can choose the thumbnail image by clicking on the star icon.

You can change the thumbnail as many times as necessary by clicking on the star icon under the image you want to use as the main view for your product.
