How to access saved information
Once a badge is scanned, the saved information can be accessed through your attendee profile on our platform. Follow these steps:
Log in to your account.
Navigate to the 'Contacts' section.
View or export contact details as needed.
Badge scanning at events simplifies the process of capturing and saving important contact information. By understanding what details are saved and how to access them, you can enhance your networking efforts and stay connected with ease.
🔍 Why can’t I see a list of everyone who scanned my badge?
When someone scans your badge, their profile is not added to a separate “Scanners” list. Instead:
They are added as a connection.
Scanner entries are mixed with connections added manually, so you can’t distinguish who scanned your badge from your other contacts.
⚠️ There is no dedicated view or filter to see "people who scanned my badge" in the app.
Syncing Contacts scanned while offline
No problem! Badge scanning works offline and stores scanned contact details locally on your device.
The app will sync your scanned contacts automatically once you're reconnected to the internet.
If syncing is unsuccessful, you’ll see a warning message indicating that some contacts haven’t been synced yet.
By leveraging the badge scanning feature, you can ensure a seamless and efficient networking experience, capturing all essential details and staying connected with new contacts. This not only enhances your event experience but also helps in building lasting professional relationships.
