Introduction
The Recommended Leads feature in Swapcard is designed to help exhibitors maximize networking opportunities by suggesting potential leads based on attendee interactions, such as booth visits and inquiries. By leveraging AI and data analytics, exhibitors can view a curated list of recommended leads ranked by interaction scores, making it easier to connect with high-potential contacts. This feature helps exhibitors streamline lead management, engage effectively with attendees, and delegate tasks to team members. It ultimately enhances engagement and ensures a more focused, productive event experience for exhibitors.
🚫 Feature Access Restrictions
Access to Recommended Leads is at the discretion of the event organizer. If you wish to have access to it, please reach out to the organizer for permission.
How do I access recommended leads?
Navigate to Exhibitor Center > Leads > Recommended Leads.
In the Recommended Leads section, you’ll find a list of potential leads with their interaction scores. These scores are calculated based on the interactions each lead has had specifically with your exhibitor booth, such as:
Had a chat conversation with the exhibitor or exhibitor members
Visited the exhibitor page (with and without a scan)
Bookmarked the exhibitor page
Visited an item page of the exhibitor
Bookmarked an item of the exhibitor
Clicked on the ad of the exhibitor page or other ads linked to this exhibitor (homepage etc)
Registered to a sponsored session
Attended physically a sponsored session
Watched a sponsored session online
Downloaded documents of the exhibitor booth
This allows you to easily identify and prioritize high-potential leads for further connection and follow-up.
Only the Admin will receive an email first once 5 leads have been identified, then after 10 leads. Before reaching 10 leads, the dashboard will remain empty.
You can also use the search bar to look for specific leads.
Each lead is displayed with profile details, including their name, job title, organization and last activity.
You can also see if a connection request has been sent and which team member is assigned to the lead.
Click on "View activities" to see specific actions they took. This gives you a detailed overview of the lead’s interactions with your booth and helps prioritize follow-ups.
Depending on if you're connected to the lead or not, you'll have access to different details.
How to assign leads to team members?
To efficiently manage leads, you can assign them to specific team members directly from the table. Use the "Assigned to" column to delegate leads, ensuring your team members focus on the most relevant contacts.
Note that only the Admin can see and assign leads.
