Each session now shows a clear action button so you always know what to do β€” whether that's registering for a live session or saving on-demand content for later.   • Why can't I join a session?

    If you're seeing a message like "unable to access content" when trying to join a session you added to your schedule, it may be due to a registration issue.

    Although you had access to the event platform, your registration may not be properly recorded in the system.

  • I added a session to my schedule but can no longer see it β€” what should I do?

    The most probable reason is that the event organizer may have removed the session or your name from it. To confirm this, reach out to the event organizer directly via email. They will be able to provide you with the necessary information.

  • Why can't I add sessions to my schedule?

    • The sessions may not be open for registration yet.

    • The event might not be live.

    • The organizer may have restricted registration to certain attendees.

  • Why can't I see the full agenda?

    It could be a group permission set up by the organizers. We suggest reaching out to them directly.


How to find available sessions during an event

To view all sessions during an event:

  1. Go to the Agenda tab (this may have a different name depending on the Organizer).

  2. Browse live or on-demand sessions and select ones that interest you.

The action button displayed on each session adapts to the session type:

  • Live sessions with limited seats: A seat counter shows availability (e.g. Only X seats left). Click Add to schedule (or + Add on mobile) to register. The button immediately updates to Added to schedule to confirm your spot. If no seats remain, the button is replaced by a No seats left message.

  • Live sessions with unlimited seats: Click Add to schedule to register instantly. The button label updates to confirm success.

  • Virtual on-demand sessions: These show a Save to bookmarks button, clearly distinguishing on-demand content from live session registration.

Conflict Warnings

If you attempt to register for a session that overlaps with one already in your schedule, you will receive a warning if the Organizer doesn't allow double attendance.


How to add a session to your schedule

You can add sessions to your schedule before, during, and after the event.

To register for or save a session:

  1. Open the session page.

  2. Click the action button depending on the session type:

    • Add to schedule β€” for live sessions (limited or unlimited seats)

    • Save to bookmarks β€” for on-demand sessions

  3. The button updates immediately to confirm your action. To undo it, click the button again.


Where to find my schedule and bookmarks

  • Click on your profile picture at the top right of the screen.

  • Select My schedule.


How can I share a session link

On iOS, you can share session links via social platforms or messaging apps. (This feature is not available on Android.)

To share a session:

  1. Open the iOS App.

  2. Go to the session, exhibitor, or item you want to share.

  3. Tap the Share Icon at the top right.

  4. Choose your preferred platform (e.g., WhatsApp, social media).
