Enhance your company's profile by adding important documents and links. This feature allows you to provide valuable information to event participants, boosting your visibility and engagement.

Access to Documents & Links is at the discretion of the event organizer. If you wish to attach any documents or external links to your exhibitor profile, please reach out to the organizer for permission.


How to add documents and links to your profile as an Exhibitor?

  1. Log into your Exhibitor Center:

    • Access the Exhibitor Center from your event's platform.

  2. Navigate to Your Company's Profile:

    • Click on "Company's Profile" in the Exhibitor Center.

    • Select "Documents and Links".

  3. Add Documents and Links:

    • Click on "Add Documents".

4. Upload or Link Documents:

  • A pop-up window will open, allowing you to upload documents or add links.

  • Fill in the necessary details and upload the file or paste the link.

5. Create Document:

  • Once you have added all the necessary details, click on "Create Document" to save your changes.


What are the field limits and formats?

Title - 80 characters max.

Description - 160 characters max.
โ€‹

Type accepted:

  1. Documents (.doc and .docx)

  2. Presentations (.ppt and .pptx)

  3. Images (.png and .jpg)

  4. PDF files

The maximum file size for uploads is 30MB.

If your file is larger than 30MB, you can share a link to the file hosted on another platform.
