List of Company profile fields
Depending on what the Organizer has enabled, the following fields can be part of your company profile:
Company/Organization Name: The official name of your company.
Logo: A high-quality image representing your brand.
Header Image: A prominent image displayed at the top of your profile.
Video Header: A dynamic video to engage visitors.
Advertising: Banners or promotional images.
Background Image: An additional visual element to enhance your profile.
Booth Location: Information about your physical or virtual booth location.
Description: A concise overview of your company and its offerings.
Address: Your company’s physical address.
Website: A link to your company’s website.
Email: Contact email address.
Phone Numbers: Contact phone numbers.
Social Media: Links to your social media profiles.
Links: Additional URLs relevant to your company.
Documents (Optional): Brochures, whitepapers, or other resources.
Items (Optional): Products or services you are showcasing.
Custom Fields: Any other information specified by the Organizer.
Additionally, team members associated with your company and sessions sponsored by your company will also be displayed on your profile.
Fiels limits and formats
To ensure smooth uploads and appropriate presentation, adhere to the following size and format limits:
Name - 255 characters
Description - No limit
Logo - 1mb (400x200px, 2:1 ratio)
Banner image - 1mb (1200x675px, 16:9 ratio)
Ad - 1mb (1080x1920px, 9:16 ratio)
Background - 1mb (2560x1600px, 16:10 ratio)

Editing the Company profile
Keeping your company profile updated is simple and effective for attracting leads. Follow these steps to edit your profile:
Organizers' settings
The information displayed in the Company profiles of an Exhibitor may vary depending on the settings established by the Organizer. Organizers can also choose to allow you to edit some fields manually or not. If you have any doubts about this matter, please contact the Event Organizer to request information or to update your company's information.
How to edit the Company profile?
Access the Exhibitor Center:
From the Main Event Page: On the desktop app, you can quickly access your Company profile from the left side of the screen. This will take you directly to the profile you want to edit.
From the User Menu:
Desktop App: Access the Exhibitor Center from the menu in the upper right corner.
Mobile App: Tap the “Me” button in the lower right corner of the screen.
Navigating the Exhibitor Center:
Upon accessing the Exhibitor Center, you will see a welcome message from the Organizer.
Open the "Company Profile" section to edit information about your company.
Editing Profile Information:
Click on the Edit button next to the section you wish to update.
Update fields such as the company name, logo, header image, video header, advertising, background image, booth location, description, address, website, email, phone numbers, social media, links, documents, and items.
Remember, some fields may be restricted based on the Organizer’s settings. If you cannot edit certain fields, contact the Event Organizer for assistance.
How to add an ad to your virtual booth advertising?
Once you're in your profile, click on Add an ad in your virtual booth.
You will need to select an image and choose if your add should redirect to an external link or to one of your company's products.
How to manage your profile's visibility ?
From the Exhibitor Center, you have the possibility to manage the visibility of your profile as well as your team members. In other words, you can choose whether or not to appear on your company's file.
To do this, go to the Team Members tab in the exhibitor center, then click on the pencil opposite your profile. You can then check or uncheck the button according to your preference.
Please note that his visibility setting will apply to the whole event, not just the Exhibitor Booth.
