The Company profile refers to your Company's details, those that are visible to all the Event Participants. These are administrated by users with Company admins rights within Swapcard.

However, depending on what the Organizer has made available, the options available will vary.

List of Company profile fields

  • Company/Organization name

  • Logo

  • Header image

  • Video header

  • Advertising

  • Background image

  • Booth location

  • Description

  • Address

  • Website

  • Email

  • Phone numbers

  • Social media

  • One or more Links

  • One or more Documents (optional)

  • One or more Items (optional)

Added to that, any other information that the Organizer wishes to make visible to Participants, by setting up Custom fields.

Team members attached to your Company within Swapcard will also be displayed on the Company profile, and the Sessions sponsored by your Company.

Editing the Company profile

Adding additional information to your Company profile helps giving more visibility to your company and attract more leads. Editing or adding information to your Company profile is very simple.

Organizers' settings

The information displayed in the Company profiles of an Exhibitor may vary depending on the settings established by the Organizer. Organizers can also choose to allow you to edit some fields manually or not. If you have any doubts about this matter, please contact the Event Organizer to request information or to update your company's information.

How to edit the Company profile

To edit your Company profile, you must first access the Exhibitor Center. You can do this in two ways.

  1. On the main page of the Event in the desktop app you have quick access to edit your Company profile on the left side of the screen. If you choose this option, you will be taken directly to the Company profile you want to edit.

  2. You can always access the Exhibitor Center to manage your Company profile from the user menu. In the case of the desktop app, this menu is in the upper right corner, while in our mobile app it is in the “Me” button, in the lower right corner of the screen. If you choose this option, you will see a welcome screen in which you can browse all the Events in which you have an Exhibitor. There, simply choose the one you want to edit.

Once you access the Exhibitor Center, you will see a welcome message from the Organization. To edit information about your Company, open the Company profile section, where, depending on the configuration of the Event, you will have the option to edit different fields and information about your Company. To add or edit information, click on the Edit button next to the section of your choice.

Managing my profile's visibility

From the Exhibitor Center, you have the possibility to manage the visibility of your profile as well as your team members. In other words, you can choose whether or not to appear on your company's file.

To do this, go to the Team Members tab in the exhibitor center, then click on the pencil opposite your profile. You can then check or uncheck the button according to your preference.

Please note that his visibility setting will apply to the whole event, not just the Exhibitor Booth.
