The Exhibitor Center's Items feature allows you to highlight your products, services, or job offers at your booth, providing a dedicated area to promote them to attendees. By adding detailed information and images, you can enhance your company's profile and stand out from other exhibitors.
Access to Items is at the discretion of the event organizer. If you wish to showcase products and services, please reach out to the organizer for permission.
How to add items to your Company profile as an Exhibitor
Go to the Exhibitor Center (see: Exhibitor Center 101)
Click on Company profile in the left sidebar
There, if the feature has been enabled by the Organizer, you will see a pre-determined list of Item Types (a.k.a. categories, here "Products" and "Job Offers"), that are also created at Organizer-level.
To create an Item, click on the desired Item Type, and then on the Create button.
Enter a Name and Description (optional) and click on the Create button.
On the next screen, one has the ability to also add a photo to the Item that has just been created.
Complete as much information as possible to get your products, services, and job offers to the top of the list and set you apart from other Exhibitors! You can also edit the displayed order of your Items on your Company profile.
How to reorder your list of products
To rearrange your list, click on the three dots next to the product's name.
Be aware that it can affect events linked to the Community.
All your products will be in the chosen order from your Company Profile, but also from the Products section of the application.
How to set up the thumbnail image for products
To add images and link them to your products just click on the "+" icon and upload a file. You can add up to 20 images. We recommend using at least a 400x400px (1:1 ratio) image, no larger than 1MB.
Once you have uploaded all the images related to your product and filling out the rest of the fields (name, description, custom fields), you can choose the thumbnail image by clicking on the star icon.
You can change the thumbnail as many times as necessary by clicking on the star icon under the image you want to use as the main view for your product.
How to manage the visibility of your products
When clicking on the 3 dots next to a product, you can choose to hide it so it's not visible on your Company profile.
