When and how to contact App Support for assistance with technical issues, questions or feedback.

If you encounter any issues with the app, have a technical question, or need assistance, the App Support team is here to help. You can easily contact support directly through the app or via other provided methods. However, it's important to know which issues App Support can help with and when you should direct your questions to the event organizer.

How to contact App Support

If you face any issue with the App, have a question, or just want to say Hi!, you can contact our Support Team through the Contact app support link located in the top-right menu under your profile picture, as shown below:

Alternatively, some Organizers may, at their discretion, decide to add a dedicated Help Desk in one of the Event's homepage buttons. You can also reach out through our Contact page.

Please note that the Support Team is only able to assist with queries directly related to the App. Any questions or issues related to the content of the Community or Event, or Registration, will need to be addressed directly with the Organizer.

Issues That App Support Can Help With

App Support is specifically equipped to handle technical and app-related issues, including:

  • Account Access Problems: Trouble logging in or accessing your account.

  • App Performance Issues: Slow loading times, crashes, or other performance problems.

When to Contact the Event Organizer

Certain issues fall outside the scope of App Support and should be directed to the event organizer, for more details click here.

  • Event-Specific Content: Questions about event agendas, speaker details, or session information.

  • Registration Issues: Problems registering for the event, accessing tickets, or related payments.

  • Exhibitor or Sponsor Inquiries: Questions related to exhibitors, sponsors, or specific booths at the event.

  • Networking and Meeting Requests: Issues with meeting requests, connection approvals, or specific attendee interactions.

  • Community Content and Moderation: Concerns regarding community posts, comments, or interactions within the event platform.

Important Considerations

  • Scope of support: App Support is limited to technical issues related to the app. Content-specific or registration-related inquiries should be directed to the event organizer.

  • Organizer-managed help desks: If available, use the dedicated Help Desk provided by the event organizer for faster assistance with event-specific issues.
