Can I stop receiving all emails from one event?
Yes, uncheck the event’s emails in your settings or use the Unsubscribe link in your inbox.Will unsubscribing affect my access to the event?

What email notifications will I receive?
Attendees receive email reminders when they haven't responded to meeting requests within 4 hours. If requests remain unanswered, additional reminder emails may be sent.
You can also get email notifications for:
New connection requests
Event updates from the organizer
Unseen activities or reminders
Upcoming meetings
When will I get in-app notifications?
You won't be notified when someone views your profile. However, you'll receive in-app notifications when:
Someone accepts your connection request
You receive a new message
Someone reacts to your message in the chat
Each participant can manage these notifications individually. If you’d prefer not to receive pop-ups, simply disable push notifications for the Swapcard app in your mobile device’s settings.
Where can I manage emails notifications?
To manage the receiving of email notifications, go to the Settings tab on the web app. In Email notifications, you can activate/deactivate the following notifications:
Information from the event organizer
Reminder with unseen activities
Reminder of unanswered requests
Meetings reminder
You'll be able to manage your email preferences per community.
When an option is checked, the new preference will be set for the community and all the events linked to that community.
How to unsubscribe from emails?
Unsubscribing from an email
To stop receiving newsletters about an event you attended or are attending, simply check your inbox for the last email you received from Swapcard and at the bottom of the email you will see the link to unsubscribe.
The link will take you to the studio to manage your email notifications.
To stop receiving specific emails, uncheck the type of email you longer wish to receive.
If you want to unsubscribe from emails related to a community, just uncheck the Community box.
Unsubscribing from your emails inbox
For emails sent from our platform to Gmail and Yahoo, you'll now find a One-Click Unsubscribe button at the top. Clicking it immediately removes you from the sender list, no further action required.
If you no longer wish to receive newsletters or event-related emails, follow these steps:
Open the latest email you received from Swapcard.
Scroll to the bottom of the email and click the Unsubscribe link.
