How to reset your password using the magic sign-in link
If you have forgotten your password, don't panic, you can reset it in a heartbeat!
1. Go to the login page.
2. Click on one of the two (doesn't matter which one) Log in buttons
3. Enter your email address and click on Continue
4. Click on Send me a magic link
You will receive a link (expires in 1 hour) in your mailbox to log in instantly to your account. We highly recommend that you then head to your account' settings to change your password.
How to reset the password using the OTP
1. Go to the login page.
2. Enter your email address and click on Continue.
3. Click on Send me a magic link
On the password reset page, find the "Send a Code" button. Click it and receive a secure login code on your registered mobile number. It's that simple!
