How to add a profile picture
You can add a profile photo on desktop and on mobile.
On desktop
Go to "My Profile" and click on Edit
A menu will open on the right side of the screen called "My main information."
Click on the plus and this will open your file explorer. Select a photo that follows the guidelines and now you have a profile photo.
On the mobile app
When first logging into your event via the mobile app, you will be prompted to add a profile photo.
Click on Add your picture, select the photo you want to have as a profile picture and then crop it (see below). Once the photo has been cropped, you can validate it by clicking on ✓ at the top right of your screen.
How to add your company's page to your profile
It is possible, in order to complete your profile, to add your company's page.
This will help you connecting with colleagues and other attendees interested in your company faster.
Go to the My Profile tab and then click Edit in the Company field.
Under "Company", write your company name.
How to link your social media accounts to your profile
Swapcard enables you to add as many social media accounts as you'd like.
1. To do so, just log into your Swapcard account and go to your profile tab.
2. Once in your profile, scroll down to social media and click on Edit to add your social media accounts.
Make sure to only add the username and not the entire URL corresponding to the profile of each of your social media accounts.
Each of the social media account's logo you've added will be displayed on your profile just like that :
To remove an account, just delete the username on your profile.
