Access year-round content and connect with attendees and exhibitors through Swapcard Communities, enhancing your event experience.

Updated over a week ago

Communities allow you to access your events' content all year-round but also engage with attendees and exhibitors.

They allow you to connect and learn beyond single events. By joining a community, you gain access to year-round networking, content, and exclusive opportunities, enhancing your event experience and keeping you connected with your industry with:

  • Ongoing Engagement: Stay connected with peers through webinars, discussions, and newsfeeds all year.

  • Access to Valuable Content: Explore an on-demand library of event sessions, expert insights, and educational resources.

  • Enhanced Networking: Meet new contacts, join discussions, and foster relationships that extend beyond events.

Which content is accessible in communities?

To access your desired community, just log into the event app.

All your communities will be displayed.

The content available in a community is at the organizer's discretion. It might differ depending on communities.

In your community homepage you will find all the content enabled and shared by the event organizer as well as all the past, ongoing and future events.

It usually includes:

  • other attendees who are part of the community.

  • brands and exhibitors across the community.

  • on-demand content.

To help you gather more connections we also recommend people you should connect with. Similar to events, the information a user provides trains the AI to find connections between all people in the Community. The user then chooses whether to accept the connection or not.

Of course, the recommendations respect restricted groups and restricted content set up by the organizer and will exclude them accordingly. Besides, it is possible to switch on/off the personalized recommendations at Event level and Community level.

Which recommendations does this include?

They include:

  • People recommendations

  • Session recommendations

  • Item recommendations

  • Exhibitor recommendations
