After logging into your event platform, gaining access to all the event content is essential for making the most of your experience. The platform allows attendees to explore various sessions, connect with other participants, and locate exhibitor booths with ease. Whether you’re attending live sessions, bookmarking important discussions, or networking with other attendees, Swapcard’s features are designed to optimize your event engagement.
The platform’s user-friendly navigation makes it easy to find information, manage your schedule, and interact with exhibitors and fellow participants. By utilizing these features, you can ensure a productive and engaging event experience.
🚫 Feature Access Restrictions
Access to some features may be restricted by the event organizer based on your registration type. Contact the organizer if you encounter limitations.
How can you access sessions after logging in?
Go to the Agenda Tab:
Once logged in, navigate to the Agenda or Sessions tab ( the name of this tab varies depending on the Organizer) from the event’s main navigation menu. Here, you can view the full schedule of sessions and filter them based on date or topic.
Bookmark Sessions:
To keep track of important sessions, click the bookmark icon on any session you want to attend. All bookmarked sessions will be saved under the My Event tab, allowing quick access to your personalized schedule.
View Session Details:
Click on any session to see additional information, such as speakers, location, and whether it’s a live or recorded session.

How can you connect with other attendees?
Find the Attendees Page:
Go to the Attendees or People tab in the event’s menu (the name can vary based on the Organizer's preference). This section lists all attendees and allows you to search for specific participants.
Send Connection Requests:
To connect with someone, click Connect next to their name. You can send a message along with the request, increasing your chances of having the request accepted.
Manage Connections:
After your connection request is accepted, you can chat directly with the attendee within the event app, making networking more efficient.

How can you navigate the exhibitors list and find their booths?
Browse the Exhibitors Tab:
Access the Exhibitors tab from the event’s homepage. Here, you can browse all the exhibitors, filter them by category, and view their profiles.
Bookmark Exhibitors:
Bookmark exhibitors you are interested in by clicking the bookmark icon on their profile. These will also appear in your My Event section for easy access.
Find Exhibitor Booths on the Event Map:
To locate a booth, use the event map provided by the organizer. Search for exhibitors within the map by typing their name in the search bar, or access the map through an exhibitor's profile to pinpoint their booth’s location

What if I can't access event content?
If you cannot access any event content:
The event might not be published yet by the organizer. In this case, you'll need to wait for them to make it visible.
The Attendees section might be restricted to certain groups. Check if you have the necessary permissions.
If you've recently been uploaded as an attendee, make sure your visibility settings are correct.
If you're still unable to access the event or see any current events in your profile, please contact our support team and provide the event name you're trying to access. We'll be happy to assist you further.
