Exporting your data from Swapcard ensures you stay organized, follow up with new contacts, and make the most of your event experience. Whether you're syncing your agenda to your calendar or downloading connections post-event, this guide walks you through how to export your:

πŸ‘« How to export my contacts

What are Contacts in Swapcard?

Contacts are the people you’ve connected with during an eventβ€”either by accepting a connection request or interacting through networking features. This list is separate from your overall networking activity and includes confirmed relationships.

Why export your contacts?

How to export contacts (Web only):

  1. Log into your event using the web app

  2. Click your profile icon at the top-right

  3. Select My contacts

  4. Scroll to Export my contacts and click Download

An Excel file (.xlsx) with all your confirmed contacts and their information will download to your device.

What about contacts from other events?

If you’ve attended several events using the same account, all your connections remain available under My contacts.

You can:

  • View and manage contacts across events

  • Switch between booth chats if you’re part of multiple exhibitor teams

✨ My contacts shows your exported network. My networking gives a full attendee view (connected and pending).

Please note that exhibitors and speakers do not have direct access to attendee lists for specific sessions. If you’d like to obtain this data, you must contact the event organizer, who can provide it via analytics tools available to them. This request cannot be fulfilled directly through the app or platform.

What is My Schedule?

Your Schedule includes sessions you've registered for and meetings you've confirmed. It helps you stay organized during the event and ensures you never miss an important activity.

Why export your schedule?

  • πŸ•’ Stay on top of upcoming sessions or meetings

  • πŸ“„ Print a backup for offline access

How to export your schedule:

  1. Go to My schedule from your profile

  2. Select one of the following export options:

    • Export to my calendar – downloads an .ICS file

    • Download your event summary – generates a printable summary

How to export your bookmarks

πŸ”– How do I export saved sessions, exhibitors, or wishlist items?

Bookmarking helps you flag the content and exhibitors you care about.

In My bookmarks, you can:

  • Switch between Companies, Wish list, and Videos

  • Revisit bookmarked items

πŸ“Œ Note: Only sessions and meetings can be added to your calendar. Other bookmarks are available as downloadable summaries.
