Managing your meeting availability is crucial for exhibitors looking to connect with prospective clients during an event. When meetings are enabled, setting your availability ensures that participants can easily book time with you, increasing your chances of generating leads and optimizing your networking opportunities.

Access to MEETINGS is at the discretion of the event organizer. If you wish to be allowed to meet with participants during the event, please reach out to the organizer for permission.
How to manage your meeting availabilities
From the Exhibitor Center, you can specify the date and time you are available to meet with prospective clients if the organizer enabled meetings. Other participants will see these slots when they click on your profile.
If they are not enabled, participants won't be able to book meetings.
To do so, go to the Exhibitor Center and click on the Meetings tab.
Click on Manage availability on the right corner
3. Select the slots you're available to meet.
How to find your meetings requests
As an Exhibitor, when receiving a Meeting request, you have the option to accept or decline it. To help you generate more leads, you will see the reminders to ensure no meeting request goes unanswered, optimizing communication and maximizing networking opportunities.
All requests received will appear in the Exhibitor Center's Meetings tab, as shown below:
How to accept, decline or assign meetings to other team members as an Exhibitor
When you click on a meeting request, you can reply with these three options:
Accept
Accept by assigning the Meeting to a Team Member
Decline
Please note that for a Meeting to take place with an Exhibitor Booth, a Team Member needs to be assigned to said Meeting.
Meetings assigned to you directly can also be accessed through the Event App (a different space than the Exhibitor Center) through the My Event tab under My Meetings.
How to export your meetings
Go to your Exhibitor Center and click on Meetings. You can export the meetings to an Excel file. To do this, click on the "Export meetings”.
The excel file includes key information like meeting source, number of participants, meeting creation date etc. You can also filter and reorder the columns for a better understanding.
