The Swapcard platform can be accessed using a web browser or our downloadable app. For the best experience, please make sure your system complies with the following requirements:
Using the web app (on desktop or mobile devices)
We recommend using the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome (and other Chromium-based browsers) or Mozilla Firefox. You can use either a computer or mobile device to access the web app.
Just type app.swapcard.com on your address bar, or click on this link to log in.
It is necessary for cookies to be enabled on your browser, and to disable any VPN or similar services.
Using the mobile app
Android
Requires Android 9.0 and up (we recommend using a newer version, due to possible phone limitations).
iOS
Requires iOS 15.0 or later to install and run the Swapcard app (or branded event apps).
macOS
Requires macOS 10.1 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip.
