The My Event button can be used to manage your Meetings, easily find Bookmarked Sessions and Exhibitors as well as all the Contacts you have made for this particular event.

Please note that the exact name of this button and actual look or content may change depending on what the Event Organizer defined (common names include: My Schedule; My Meetings and Sessions).

Find below the different sections that may be available under the My Event button ( depending on the Event Organizer).

The first tab of My Event allows you to see the Sessions you have bookmarked or registered to from the Agenda button (the actual name can vary on each event). You have two options for the schedule:

If you select one of the two above options, you can add your personalized schedule to the calendar application that you use.

This tab allows you to visualize and manage all your Meetings (both Confirmed and Pending). Similarly to the My Schedule tab, you have two options for your Meetings:

You can also manage your meeting availability from this tab.

Your wishlist allows you to find all your bookmarked items, if there are any made available by the Event Organizer.

You can also download your wish list as a PDF.

Here you will be able to find a complete list of all connections you have made with fellow Attendees of the event. In this list, you will find all those with the status “Is connected” (they/you have accepted the connection request) and “Pending” (awaiting for their response on your connection request). If you need to export your Contacts, please go to the My contacts tab under your user profile (https://app.swapcard.com/contacts)

This tab allows you to visualize all the Exhibitor Booths that you bookmarked. All of your Bookmarked Companies will be listed for you with the option download PDF. However, you will not be able to export them into your calendar.

If the event has On-demand sessions, they can be bookmarked for later watching.

You will find them on the My saved videos tab to access them as needed.

On a mobile app, you'll find the same tabs made available by the Event Organizer on the web app. To donwload your bookmarks and contacts, just click on the arrow at the top of the screen.
